You will receive a Digital MP4 of your DVD to play in your computer or download to store on your hard drive. Within 21 days or less after we receive your DVDs.
Film reels or video tapes should not be damaged.
Copyrighted film reels or video tapes are not accepted.
Video tape repairs are not offered.
Kindly use bubble wrap for packaging film reels or video tapes.
Send your order within one week of placing it and provide tracking information.
To maintain low prices, you are responsible for return shipping.
For video tapes exceeding 2 hours, a new pricing will be communicated.
No refunds for blank tapes or film reels.

Payment is based on the number of tapes or film reels sent.
Payment is per tape, up to 2 hours per tape.
Only NTSC format transfers are available; we do not support PAL or SECAM.
